Hervit s.r.l. was founded by the Volkan family in the Alto Adige region in 1980. This was the occasion for expressing the Tyrolean decorative tradition applied to Christmas objects. Today, 25 years later, the firm has grown to include the whole of the country and has become the reference point for Christmas in Italy.

Each Christmas the Volkan family creates its individual collection of objects and decorations, always following tradition but using different materials: from glass to felt, fabrics to ceramics, and wax to resin. New ideas, as always with Hervit, but ones that, in order to be realised, require particular, specialised working methods which are only to be found in the best workshops throughout the world.

Apart from the Christmas collection the firm creates, every year, a spring and Easter collection, and for over four years it has produced a collection of objects in extremely fine enamelled porcelain which has been given the name Royal Class.

In 1992Hervit moved its offices and warehouses to Rivoli Veronese (ten minutes from Lake Garda and five from the Affi shopping centre) where, after some 12 years of great expansion, it has opened its first factory store.
